Strategy #4: Love Yourself & Your Life Exactly as it is Right Now

There is nothing so detrimental to our health and sense of self than to forever be living in the past or the future; clinging to what is gone or wishing for what is yet to come. It dissipates our vital life force energy and takes us out of the NOW. This very moment holds the point of power - not the past and not the future. NOW!

Put your past behind you, accept your faults, focus on your accomplishments and the good feelings they inspired in you. When you change the way you think and feel about your life, your life will change to match your focus. Then watch your level of self-esteem rise accordingly. Yes, it actually is that simple.

You don’t have to lose weight, earn more money or cure a dis-ease. You simply have to love who you are in this very moment and know that you are loveable, worthy and important exactly as you are.
