Strategy #5: Choose to Be HAPPY!

It’s that simple. When you consciously and consistently choose your state of being by making a firm decision to be happy, your spirit aligns with your intentions to bring you internal and external experiences that honor your heart-felt desires. Then it’s just a matter of acting on the opportunities being presented to you. Your physical health will improve, your emotional levels will lift and life will be more fun and effortless. It’s infinitely easier to be positive and happy than it is to be negative, depressed and sad.


Self-esteem is really just a state of being that is dramatically affected by the way you feel. When you feel happy your sense of self is raised. When you practice feeling happy on a daily basis the long-term result is an inner and outer sense of joy that is long-lasting. No matter what is going on in your life there is always something to feel happy about. Find that one thing, or many things and let that happy sense pervade your heart. You'll be surprised to find more people smiling at you, stopping to say "hi", and wanting to be in your presence.
